SFOG's version has to have the longest que line I have ever seen!
Ten times as large as TTD (exagerating). The ride is just a batman clone, nothing too special.

Batman didnt thrill me as much as Montu, but the themeing was good for a SF park I must say. Batman is a must ride at any Six Flags, because its B&M!

Yep, the longest queue line I've ever seen on a coaster, minus Dueling Dragons. B:TR's opening weekend, I waited 5+ hours, and the ENTIRE LINE was full, out the entrance. Insane, but that line seemed like it moved faster than it does now.
Packs a punch, and is a common favorite among SFoG park-goers. Probably the most reliable ride in the park, too, naturally.
I've always said Gotham-theming is the best for SF parks (as of 5 years ago), because they can let it get run down, and it still be part of the Gotham theme! lol, Gotham is supposed to be kinda ghetto, after all. Kinda weird with no gum on the lights at the top of the stairs. I also think they paint that solid black wall frequently outside. There's no way it stays that clean all season long.

I can say....out of all the rides in the park, this one is the one you dont have to worry about being closed. I swear....every morning after clocking in, we'd all hear the loud blast of the lift horn. Not a day went by where batman was closed.
I love the theming of the ride. And i agree with whoever else said the que line is long. I remember about 3 years ago before i worked at SFOG, we got in line for batman. And the park scene (the 1st part of the line) was empty. So we thought the line wasnt long. We walked through the park then went in the tunnel, came out and came around the corner and into the warehouse where we saw about 200 people waiting in line. SFOG knew this ride was gonna be a hit so thats why they made the line so long.
I also like how (unline any other ride in the park) when the trains are dispached the lights dim and it plays the batman theme. They let this ride go tho. When it 1st opened It had a police car that had crashed into a fire hydrant (if anyone goes...when u come out of the warehouse the police car used to sit where that big blank area is) and when the train returned back to the station, mist sprayed from the sides to give a cool "welcome back effect" If u sit on the outsides and look to the side as the train is coming back in the station you can see the tubes where the mist used to come out.
I cant wait to go back this year...My best friend is a BATMAN lover and he's afraid of rollercoasters, so im gonna make sure i get him on this one. :D

I love this ride, always a thrill. The y could paint the walls to the entrance more often and keep it up a little better in the whole gotham area.
