WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT!
Dollywood is a great park but this was a bad move getting this boring thing disguised as a thrill ride!

I havent even been able to ride the thing due to its constant state of disrepair. I talked to a mechanic and asked him why it was down so much, and it turns out that the ride is poorly designed and is actually top-heavy and does not always stop correctly. Every time it breaks, they have to call someone in Germany because nobody @ Dollywood has the training to fix it. Kind of a dissapointment, but that's what you get for having the only one in the US.

I have not rode it since my first ride (April 15th) but I have heard that Dollywood has changed it some to where it is more thrilling. And Dollywood never said that it was a thrill ride they said that it would be a very repeatable ride not a thrill ride. So don't get mad when you find out it's not they never said it would be. Someone just put that into your mind. It's a ride that most of the family would enjoy not the top thrill seekers but most of the family will enjoy it and they can ride it together. Which is important when you come to a FAMILY theme park.

Update: It is a very good ride now. They definetly improved it from April. Good job Dollywood

I don't understand why people don't enjoy this ride. I thought it was great! The themeing is wonderful, and so is the ride itself. Overall, a really exciting ride, and a great addition to Dollywood.

The theming is decent, but the ride is just okay.

I think this looks pretty cool. We are actually taking our first trip to the park this year and for some reason, this ride is one at the top of my list. I just hope it is running when we get there....

It was open all day when I went.. and rode it. But all the water effects were off (but it was raining so we got wet anyways... And it was also December)
