The tower is HUGE and the drop is insane.

Amazing ride. The airtime on this is incredible. I was floating like an astronaut. Highly recomended.

This ride is incredible! The height, speed and the airtime! The part that gets me is when you're going up and then you look down and see how high you are and know that you have to go back down! It is so far my favorite flat ride at PKD.

I was so scared when I got on this ride because the 3 friends I was with left me to sit beside two people I didnt know and I was so upset hahahaha. When you're traveling up, it's so scary because you're looking down and it's so high up! Cool experience.

By far the greatest freefall tower....ever!
Sooo tall.. And the drop is soo great. I use to love PKIs because it had the spin going up... And I was a bit sad when I found out PKDs would not spin.. But the ride is still far better then PKIs.

It let me down. It was still amazing, but the drop didn't feel very fast. The view is nice, but didn't feel as high as I thought it would.

For Anyone if this is ur first drop tower ur scared sh**less. Fun ride tho I like how ur up there then u hear the motor start goin n u get real tense then u don't drop so u relax for a sec then u drop n ur like crap!! Fun ride tho.

I didn't realize this ride was so tall. I mean going up it seems to lift forever. The airtime you get on this ride is amazing. Now here is my soon to be controversial statement.lol Drop Zone is THE best ride at Kings Dominion, hands down. And yes I'm including roller coasters with this. I recommend it for anyone not faint at heart.lol

I really dislike the Drop Tower, I hate heights if you're moving slow or not moving at all. I just hate the feeling when you're dropping, like that gut-in-your-throat feeling. Also, it's too short! It could at least launch you back up (not the whole way, I can't think of the name of the ride that does this) a couple times, not just drop once and that be it
