All i can say is WOW. This is one awesome roller coaster. It has everything that Xcelerator is missing. Intamin outdid themselves this time. My only complaint with this ride is that its too short. If Intamin could add another 1,000 feet to this ride it would EASILY be my newest favorite steel coaster. Sorry Millenium Force and Nitro :).

Storm Runner is everything I wanted Top Thrill Dragster to be. I don't care that it's not 120 mph or 420 feet tall, this ride delivers. All of the elements on this ride givve you out-of-body experiences, and you can catch some good airtime in unexpected places.

This ride is amazing. The launch is not as powerful as Dragster's, but still powerful nonetheless. You shoot straight up and twist to the right. When you top out, you get some nice unexpected airtime. This leads into an awesome vertical drop, which seems longer when you ride it than you'd think. You go up into the first inversion, which seems to leave you hanging upside down for a small amount of time. You drop and pick up speed, and then rise up to the barrel rolls. You go through the first one slowly, giving you some nice hangtime. You then go through the Flying Snake Dive, which is a combination of a barrel roll, drop, and corkscrew. It is probably one of the most thrilling inversions ever created. After that you will do a few sharp turns, and then you go back to the station.

Overall, it is very fun. I really don't think it can be compared to Dragster, as they are both very different and very enjoyable rides.

The only problem is that some people will not be able to ride due to the ride restraint system. I would say that if you are above 6 feet, and your height is in your torso, that you would have problems. But if you can get on it, do so. You won't be disappointed.

One Word... AWESOME! Storm Runner is the best ride ever! I don't think lightning racer is even comparable! THe only negative part about Storm Runner is the restraints... they weren't against my legs... so whenever i came out of my seat my legs smashed against the restraints :( ... But other than that... From the launch to the brakes at the end... Storm Runner Rules!

OMG....... This was the first ride we rode when we took the trek to Hershey Park. It is such a fast and enjoyable ride. It does things that are unreal. The launch was the best part of the ride tho because of instant speed. They should have made the coaster longer tho. It is over sooo quickly. It is worth the trip to Hershey if ya get the chance.

This ride was the greatest thing ever to come to mankind. I got stuck on it, making the ride extra scary. My favorite launching, steel, overall coaster! It's a must ride when going to Hersheypark (unless if you've got young ones with you).

Fun ride but it's always broken down. I waited over an hour to get on and then when we came into the station it went to far and we had to sit in there for about fifteen minutes until someone could bring us back in. And you hit your head on it a lot. And I didn't like that it was so short.

Just like everyone else has said. Awe-SOME!! Storm Runner is one of those rides that you have to get up to the park just to ride it. My favorite part of the ride is the flying snake dive. It is such an innovative inversion. Altogether Storm Runner is innovative. Everything about it. Why are you reading this anyways. Get your butt up there and ride it. NOW!!
