View Park/Ride Count I LOVE THE MATTERHORN!
I have a folder on my PC with nothing but pix of Matterhorn.
Alot of people think it is dorky, jerky and slow, but to me it is sheer heaven.
This ride MUST be built at all Disney parks!

The first Steel Coaster, and still one of the best!
P.S. There is a basketball court in the middle of the mountain and it was used as recreation area for the workers who built the mountain.

Each track has 15 block brake sections between the lift and unload station, can run 10 trains, and two transfer tracks that can be run with guests onboard. It's only a 24 second interval between trains.
Depending on when each side dispatches, there's usually some bit of a dueling aspect to the ride. If the B side leaves 5 seconds earlier than A, it's almost perfect the whole way through the ride.
