Ehhhh, it was okay. The layout was good, but the batwing killed my head though.

Was a great concept when it first opened, but is now just another boring coaster. Kinda extreme but not really.

Hey- I don't get why all you people give this ride a "0" rating. I know it's kind of small, but it's still an awesome ride. The Viper's a short ride, but the loops and corkscrews and underground helix are all awesome! It's one of my favorite rides. And most of all, it's the perfect classic looping coaster.

This coaster is awesome. The first loop comes right after the first drop and then you go trough a batwing and more inversions and also a tunnel. It is really fun. I reccomend the front seat.

I don't know why some people don't like Arrow coasters like the Viper. Arrow looping coasters are awesome. The Viper is an example of an awesome looping coaster. Even though I have never been on it, I am looking forward to riding it for the first time. So, those who don't like Viper, you don't know the good things that you are missing on this awesome coaster.

I don't get these anti-Viper threads. First of all, in terms of operation, Viper is the best roller coaster in the park. 2 trains all the time, short wait, never breaks down. Crew so fast that no line at all. Superman and the other roller coasters are the worst in terms of operation. Superman will run 1 train with a full queue. Plus, everytime I visited SFDL, I saw Superman get stuck on the lift more than once. And the maximum height requirement on Superman pisses me off. I am 6'1, and 4 inches away from not being allowed to ride. Mind Eraser always runs one train. And the M.E. crew is terrible. They check the restrains slowly, and when they feel like it. Boomerang, closed most of the time, and it's rough and dizzying. Predator, the worst of them all. 1 train operation, 30+ min. wait, painful ride. See, when compared to the other SFDL roller coasters, Viper wins. And I think that the people who think Viper is rough are short. I am tall, and found Viper a smooth ride. But I did see shorter people get their head bashed. So, Viper is for the tall people. Short people, don't go on Viper and ruin its' reputation.

I really enjoy this ride. It's my second favorite coaster at SFDL. It's smooth for a larger Arrow looper, and even maneuvers the batwing gracefully, something i've never seen another Arrow do.

Some of Arrow's smaller loopers were smooth like this too, but they have very small, boring layouts, less than a minute and a half in ride time. This ride has enough length and space between elements to hold it's own in the coaster world today. The tunnel helix finale just sums it up as the perfect eighties coaster.

I hated this ride. I dont care if it used to be extreme, or if it broke world records, it sucks. One of the most boring, slowest rides iv ever been on. The tunnel was cool though.

Painful Arrow looper, watcha gonna do, but it holds a place close to my heart. I've ridden Viper more than any other coaster ever.

The underground tunnel was my favorite part on this coaster. It even had an under the station maintenance area that the coaster would drop into. That's just like the Lochness Monster. I liked the first drop and loop. I didn't like the transitions into the batwing. Thank goodness on the Great American Scream Machine at SFGADV this element is done after the MCBR. It could more slowly go through that element. After the MCBR on Viper I liked the corkscrews and the tunnel. I was hoping for a real quality classic Arrow feel that I could find on Vortex at KI. I had fun, it was a lil rough; I didn't get as much classic feel as I had hoped for.
